Background and Approach

Natalie began her career as a registered nurse in Melbourne after completing her BSc in Nursing at Monash University, where she advanced to Associate Nurse Unit Manager at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. She later pursued her passion for physiotherapy, earning her BSc in Physiotherapy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

With over 10 years of private practice experience in Hong Kong, Natalie focuses on neck and back care, combining exercise, acupuncture, manual therapy, and Pilates-based rehabilitation to help clients move and feel better.
